Franzesca Bistro is located on Agiou Ioannou Street No 63. A beautifully considered, relaxed space that houses a long open kitchen, main dining area and an outdoor setting. Our Menu is available for your enjoyment, whatever the occasion; a long lunch on a Saturday, an after-work drink on a Thursday or a special dinner. Franzesca Bistro offers a selection of Asian and Mediterranean inspired dishes, delicious wines and refreshing beers. The Menu has been designed to offer a seasonal and approachable selection for all appetites.
Our Menu is designed to be shared. We suggest choosing one or two items from each section of the Menu. Some dishes come individually or per piece.
Haris Antonopoulos has a wealth of international experience, which he uses to reinvent the classics and create new dishes in a freestyle approach. Haris has worked in some of the most established and renowned Michelin star restaurants including Creelers, Lindsay House, Atelier de Joel Robuchon Paris, Nobu Matsuhisa Athens & Paris. He has been the creative inspiration behind the Menu of Blue Cuisine on Folegandros island since 2015. His work has taken him from Edinburgh to London and Paris, giving him the opportunity to sample local dishes, to discover new spices, and helped to inspire the exciting blend of flavors that have become the hallmark of his fusion style.
Chef Haris will be the new Food and Beverage Manager for the popular competitive television show MasterChef 3 starting in January 2019. He will be the man behind the scenes creating recipes for the contestants and controlling all food supplies for the pantry.
